Pascal Amblard resides in southern France, where he maintains his studio and creates custom murals and decorative pieces for clients throughout Europe and the United States. Pascal is also an Instructor and teaches extensively in Europe and in the United States, including at Atelier Decorative and Fine Art.
In 1998, Pascal was invited to join the elite group of international decorative painters at their annual gathering called “Salon”. Shortly after, in 2001, Pascal hosted the Paris Salon gathering, which was attended by over one hundred renowned painters, representing fifteen countries.
Pascal’s private clientele has grown to include collectors from various countries, and his work is sought during the highly regarded European Homeshow, Maison & Objet, in Paris. In Pascal's own description of his work he says: "...my pleasure is to paint for you. I work on commission and when I "create", my goal is always to produce pieces that will decorate a home or some other place. I can adapt to whatever your decorative dreams are about. My creativity and artistic senses will be at your disposal. I show my work on different exhibits and teach classes in several countries. I am like a musician , an interpreter . I love copying or working in the style of old masters. When I copy a Tiepolo ceiling I have the pleasure of a violonist playing Mozart. As far as my own style is concerned, it is the result of many different influences , from Veronese to Corot and the Wyeths . Decoration is an art based on relation, it is about sharing beauty."
